[OPEN] Duplicate (glitched) items after flea market purchase

I had same issue  for a while.  Best solution  I found was to place item on floor or desk at sim's house then  take same  (original) item from household inventory and place it  in your active sim's inventory (remember  to leave the duplicate item in household inventory). Then travel to a different  lot. After  you have  returned to sim's household  duplicate  item should  be gone from household  inventory.
