[OPEN] [ECO] Bits and Pieces Count reverts to Zero

I did some testing on my own and while my bits and pieces from before the patch have also disappeared, I have no troubles getting new ones or to use them.

They also didn't re-disappear on reloading the game.

I have the same issue. I had over 2000 bits and pieces until the update. Then it went to zero. No matter what I recycle it won't change. It stays zero. It wont' change.
