[OPEN] [ECO] Community Space inundated with broken appliances

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.63.134.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything except Moschino
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Stay at a community space that hasn't been converted yet
What happens when the bug occurs? People drop off appliances that you can't take, so they stay on the property unless you convert to one of the main 3 community spaces or go into build mode and delete them
What do you expect to see? The ability to take them and refurbish?
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Eco Lifestyle

Is this a bug? It seems like a silly thing to have people drop stuff off that you can repair, but you have no way of taking to put in your own house.

    Just for clarification: Are you supposed to be able to claim items that are not repaired yet? Or aren't you ever supposed to be able to claim /take the items that spawns on landfill lots?

    Because if it is the first, that isn't working for me either (on the skincolour patch), if it is the latter it is a bit odd that you can take something from a dumpster but not the same item from a landfill/dump?
