Could you try repairing the game for the eating and if it doesn't work make a second thread for this ?
As for the reappeal, I haven't had a chance to try this out myself so don't know how it works but it says on that message it can take a while ? Isn't just the process still going on ? Maybe I'm misunderstanding what you're saying.

Hey, Crin. If you look at the bottom of the screenshot it shows that I have no repeals in progress, even though I tried 2 different ones and I got the notification saying I could start collecting signatures. Neither of them allowed me the option to ask for signatures. I had repealed before the newest update, without issue. I just needed to get the 5 signatures, which came easily, and it showed me how many signatures I'd gotten/needed. Now, it's saying that I've started the repeal process, but I don't have the option to get signatures and it says I have no repeals going in my N.A.P. menu. Voting is currently closed now, so I can't petition for repeal. I will try again once it opens back up.
As far as the eating issue, I see a lot of others are having issues with getting their sims to eat, too. I will try repairing and open another thread if that doesn't work.

- @1BlessedNonni There have been others reporting it, just wanted to make sure you're not saying they are connected. In the bug forum, there should be one thread per issue.
I know there's another thread around somewhere but I can't remember if that was in bugs, tech or even in the German forum so for now, could you make a separate thread for the eating and make this about the N.A.P. only ?I made a separate thread yesterday. Sorry for the confusion, it was late and I was aggravated, so I just put it all out there in one.
