I have the same issue. No box pops up to load ingredients. No text. Nothing. The sim simply stops all actions and stands there and the task disappears.
Could you all try repairing the game through origin ?

This happened to me. I realized it was when I tried to load 5 harvestables into the machine on my first go. I tried using only 1 and it seemed to "unlock" the machine. Afterwards, making a package with 5 harvestables also worked.
When I first tried the machine, I tried to load 5 (max available) but my sim would walk over and stand there for a moment, do nothing at all, then the interaction would disappear. I never had the opportunity to load anything. I tried this a few times and nothing came of it. When I tried to load the fruit/veg individually, the machine recognized the request. I was able to load the harvestable and then activate the fizzing. After that initial success, I again tried to load 5 and it finally worked.
The npcs who try to use the machine at the community lot also don't seem to have any interactions. They walk up to it and nothing happens.
I have repaired my game and this has not fixed the problem.
Okay now I feel like an idiot ha. Soooooooo we can’t load soy beans in the fizzier until we reach level 2 of the skill. Try starting with apples and bananas. Smh
What about grapes? I’m using the machine for the first time. I can load ingredients (I bought a starter fruit pack and only got grapes), but once I load them the only interaction available is to retrieve ingredients
Am repairing my game right now, but I kind of have the same issue. Although for me it only doesn't work in my apartment (haven't tested in a normal house lot) but I put a Fizzer in the Community Garden and it worked fine, as it should.
I'm on PC.
same for me, it works like once and I can get my juice etc but then I’ll try to do another batch, load the ingredients and start fizzing and then at some point it’ll just glitch out and have a blank screen, no sound effects, unable to click on it except reading « collection not ready ». I’ll try to repair my game but hmmm. Seems like the machine has a problem.
Don't know if it was repairing the game that did it, but I can now use the fizzer at home.
I’m having a similar issue now where it lets me load ingredients but then the only option is to “retrieve ingredients’. I’m no longer able to “start fizzing”. It was working fine on my home lot, but now on a retail lot, I’m having this issue.

I'm on PC.
But one thing I noticed is that the Fizzing Station just works in Evergreen Harbor, but not in any other neighborhood.
If you try to use the Fizzing Station in Evergreen, it will works!
I have this issue as well and I've tried with apples and bananas and all I can do is load ingredients and retrieve them. And if I retrieve them, they just disappear
EDIT: I got it working! For me it was the retail fridge mods from emilypl27. If you have that, remove it.
I have the same issue too. I repaired my game but it didn't do anything and I can't use the dizzers on a community lot either. The option to load ingredients is there but when I click it my sim just stands next to the machine and nothing happens.
My experience matches #28 and #31 but I don't have #31's retail fridge mods, and unlike #28 I'm on PC.
Oh, and I've only used apples.

Do we have a fix for this yet? My sims still can't use the fizzing machine after repairing the game and the updates...
