[OPEN] Effect from Scare Seeker lot challenge doesn't go away after removing it

@Backstabbath88 All of this + after removing the lot challenge I kept getting notifications and itens of NPCs thanking my Sim for all the scares. Weird thing is … what scares? The notifications and items kept pouring in while the lot challenge was active and a good while after.
A IRL week after removing the trait, lo and behold, the bored moodlet affected one of my Sims as I loaded the game!
(I play on console, so vanilla.)
