[OPEN] Effect from Scare Seeker lot challenge doesn't go away after removing it

Also having this issue. I had a household I was playing in when I added the Scare Seeker lot challenge. I noticed they were getting bored because of it so I removed the challenge from the lot. The Never Scared moodlet will appear randomly on a Sim in the household. I've played other households on the same save file that never lived in a lot with that challenge and they also get the moodlet.
