The Scare Seeker lot challenge is not a lot trait and can not be gotten from the Rewards store. It is part of the Grim Reaper event that is currently going on.
I recommend that you post your own topic with as much info as possible so we can help you with your issue.

@jpkarlsen Thank you. However I think I probably expressed myself a little wrong as English is not my first language and my game is not in English but in German. So I meant that I've never added the Scare Seeker to my lot challenges. Though my Sims receive the bored moodlet from the Scare seeker lot challenge (other Simmers mentioned that they have added it and removed it after only getting a bored moodlet, but their Sims still get the bored moodlet). And I didn't mean that I got this lot challenge from rewards Store, but as a reward from playing the grim reaper event. Sorry for the confusion.

    My sims occasionally gets a bored moodlet from not being scared by the challenge that seems to work as intended. I keep it on because of the gifts I get from random people as thanks for the scare.

      I think it's quite stupid if it's itended that my Sims get bored because of a lot challenge which is not activated. For the bored moodlet of the scare seeker it makes no difference neither with the family I play, nor where my Sims live or which lot they visit. I've also never recognized that my Sims get gifts only bored. (But maybe because it is not activated).

        You misread what I wrote.. It is normal to get the the bored moodlet when on a lot where the challenge is on. I never said that it was normal if it was not on at your lot or at a lot you were visiting. Also notice that there are other reasons a sim can get bored.
