[OPEN] Effect from Scare Seeker lot challenge doesn't go away after removing it

This Lot Challenge is also stuck with my Reaper Rewards Sim. I'd removed the Lot Challenge from her Willow Creek house in which she'd lived for the duration of the event. After the Lot Challenge was removed, I've since moved her to a house in Ravenwood. It has the Hallowed Grounds Lot Challenge.

Despite moving house and town, Scare Seeker hasn't quit her. She's still haunted by its Bored moodlets.

Alas, no presents..just the moodlet.
