[OPEN] Endless Loading/Crashing when trying to load a certain lot

Did you try to load the game with broken mods in? If so the save may be permanently broken and will try to load indefinitely. If so you must recover an older save.

I have tried recovering a save and it doesn't work. I have removed all broken mods, so it is very strange.
