Today's patch may have fixed this issue. Is anyone still seeing this particular error after updating the game?

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It occurs while trying to load into households
What happens when the bug occurs? It puts me in the worls selection page and shows a pop-up saying "The game failed to load. Error Code: 134:f3b264bf:78e9ac19. It is recommended that you relaunch the game."
What do you expect to see? I expect to load into my households.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I updated my game with the latest update that came before the horses pack.
Can someone please help? Do we know if many people are experiencing this issue and is there an update coming to fix that or something? I have found little to pretty much none information on the internet so I'm getting pretty annoyed.
Also, is this forum the only way to report bugs from the game? Is there an e-mail one can use to contact ea to make sure they notice this problem? I've been playing in one save for a few years now. I really wouldn't like to loose that.
Hi I am also experiencing the same issue. It's hard to know what caused it because within the last few days, a few things occurred:
- I downloaded new mods and cc
- I purchased the new Ranch pack
- I did the latest update for the Sims before launching and playing the game.
After doing all of this, I went to play as normal and accessed my family's household. Nothing unusual happened. But because I just purchased the new Ranch pack, I wanted to switch worlds and create a new house and family.
So then I began doing this and I saved the house, accessed create a sim to make one person and then shut off the game. This was all last night. Today, I go to continue expanding the sim I created yesterday and play as that household, and I cannot load any household at all. I just repeatedly get: Error Code: 134:f3b264bf:78e9ac19 no matter what I do.
What I have done to resolve it:
- Removed the new CC that I downloaded. I kept the ones that were working fine before the sims 4 update and new pack purchase. Nothing worked.
- I disabled all mods - nothing worked.
- I have repaired the game multiple times, each time I removed mods and after I disabled them.
- I cleared local thumb cache every time I made an update to make sure no short term memory was messing me up.
NOTHING WORKS. I am so sad and frustrated. Can someone please help?? All info online seems to be dated to 2020 and nothing recent.
I’m experiencing the same issue. This is shortly after I purchased the new Horse pack as well. Maybe I should stop wasting my money on these packs if they’re just going to break my files Everytime i buy them.
