I've also had this error, I tried removing mods/cc, disabling them entirely, repairing the game, but nothing I've tried has worked. I really don't want to lose this save as it's the only reason I'm still playing Sims 4 at the moment :/

i had this problem and fixed it this is everything i did play a different household in the same saved game as the household with error code save game from that household then exit game go to files delete localthumbcache.package update&repair game when you open the game instead of resuming game, click load game. the save file that had the error should have (fixed) next to it. hope this helps
