Today's patch may have fixed this issue. Is anyone still seeing this particular error after updating the game?

Yeah, it took me about 3-4 days after work troubleshooting, finally got the error officially so here I am.

How often does the bug occur? 100% after a set of sequences
What is your current game version number? 1.99.264.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed?
Desert Luxe Kit, Holiday Celebration Pack, Cottage Living, Eco Lifestyle, Seasons, Tiny Living Stuff, Cats & Dogs, City Living, Get to Work, Realm of Magic, Vampires, Discorver University, My First Pet Stuff, Parenthood, Island Living, Get Together, Werewolves, Get Famous, Vintage Glamour, Growing Together, High School Years, Laundry Day Stuff, Snowy Escape, Horse Ranch
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start a new game, setup the character for a new career, Actress, A.I. Staffing Agency, & Auditions (pick one). After thats setup, manage worlds and pick another family. Wait for the audition to kick in a hour before start it'll be 11am since they all start at noon. You'll get a notification about the persons audition even if you are not on that family. First error will happen when the audition is suppose to start for first family.

Go to manage worlds and try to reload second family, this is the critical error that stops you from loading into the family.

What happens when the bug occurs? First error nothing from what it looks like, second stops you from loading into a family & you will get the error code 134:f3b264bf:78e9ac19
What do you expect to see? loading into family
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? I had mods when I first started this troubleshooting, took everything out except Tmex Better Exceptions for error reports.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Latest Patch, started over the weekend.
