[OPEN] Fear of Horses topic conversation appears in game without Horse Ranch

Yes, yes, latest patch as of August 5, don't have Horse Ranch at all, doubt anything else matters. My Sim has picked up the Fear of Death trait because, I dunno, he just did. Now, under Friendly -> D...

Oh, and for the record, I mentioned a bug where not having Growing Together causes a few Growing Together text strings to make it into conversation topics where they're not applicable. This is that bug:

This bug seems to be basically that, except for Horse Ranch instead of Growing Together.
