I can only fertilize plants one at a time. If I queue plants to be fertilized, only every other one (if I'm lucky) will be fertilized. Also, it seems I have to fertilize them way more often than just once per season. I have all packs and expansions. I've never had any cc or mods.
I've never had a problem with queued plants not being fertilized until the latest update (12/12/2019 - PC: 1.59.73.1020 / )

Bug appear to be that you can not fertilize more plants if you queue to use from an inventory stack of same *type* of fertilizer , but that it will let you queue to fertilize more plants if you use a different type of fertilizer for each plant... (annoying as hell because it dis-allow the use of same type of high value fertilizer for your plants unless one keeps adding them one at a time, one after the other and waits until the sim has already executed the previous fertilization before adding next to queue)....
