[OPEN] Fish from buydebug mode can’t be selected

Certainly not the worst issue about build/buy but it would be handy to be able to choose decorative fish for a community lot build by just finding them in debug and placing in aquariums. My restaurant owners don't have all day to catch koi fish for the decorational fish tank. :D

@siirysiir I thought you could click on aquariums and buy fish to put in them

    you can...but the variety is limited.  The hard to find fish are in debug..but can't be interacted with if you lay them on ground/floor.  Got to be a work around..but I dont know it
