[OPEN] Fishing Aspiration doesn't count fishing time

@sarahmisanthrop Could you test a fresh save that never had any cc to see if you have the same issue ? Just for testing if it's something about the save or a general issue.

    Hey! it worked fine on a different save.

        @crinrict I just started that save game and the aspiration now says that my Sim has 0/10 hours of fishing. It still doesn't add any hours to that specific Sim.

        But it does for another one in the same household.
