[OPEN] Floating Objects in Worlds

Wasn't able to post more than three pictures, so here's the rest of them.

I would like to add that in addition to those, I have a floating grid in my game, located in the cheaper neighborhood of Oasis Springs.

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? everything except pet stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to Mua Pel'am and get it to the first level of improvement. Look in the vegetation on the right side of the waterfall, towards the public bathroom. You will see a red flowering tree floating midair.
What happens when the bug occurs? There's a tree floating. It just floats there, like it's nbd.
What do you expect to see? Trees that do not float. I mean seriously, the nerve of this tree. Floating there. After I worked to improve the island and everything.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes

So hey.. There's this tree floating in Mua Pel'am that showed up after the first level of island improvement. I'm guessing this is not intentional.

I had this issue a while ago. Do you use laptop mode? Dont worry too much if not affecting gameplay, can be quite annoying. Try updating, restarting whatever may be needed.

What happens when the bug occurs? Some rocks, trees, and grass float above the ground, or are half-drawn.
What do you expect to see? Rocks, trees, grass are on the ground.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

In Oasis Springs in the Skyward Palms area on the Arid Ridge lot, some rocks, trees, and grass float above the ground or are half-drawn. On screenshots it is not very noticeable, but in motion it immediately catches your eye.

P.S.: all settings are on maximum, laptop mode is off. Checked on a new save with the mods removed.
