I repair the game after each new patch, delete the localthumbcache and start a new game without mods, and every time on this lot the objects float above the ground)
Tried to repair the game again, deleted The Sims 4 folder from the documents and started a new game - everything remains the same as in the screenshots.
This is a bug vanilla game, apparently no one has noticed it yet, because apparently the lot is not that popular and few people play with the first person mode.

If it's an issue with the game itself, I urge you to get in contact with EA immediately.
