To be sure, are you living in a rental residential as a renter ?

@crinrict Yes, I am living in a rental home and I’m the renter not the owner.

    @Jannexsy_21 If you want to own a business, it's probably best to move to a house until they fix this bug.

      I tried to set a real landlord of my rental apartment(Not a npc landlord but a playable household to be the landlord) Eventually I can transfer funds to my business lot.This is a really weird *feature*.
