Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have the 'Explosive Malfuntion' event occur while hosting a rental unit in your house
What happens when the bug occurs? The event wants me to replace stove, oven, or grill. I cannot open build/buy mode to replace these things. The option does not come up when i click on stove, oven and grill. I've tried visiting the rental lot but it still does not come up. I'm not sure what I am supposed to replace?
What do you expect to see? A way for me to replace the stove, oven, and or grill

Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No, it has been happening since I got the for rent expansion.
No explosion had occurred. Nothing to clean up as far as I can tell. I checked everywhere on the lot (it's not very big). The event was specific to stove, oven and grill; while the instructions were fairly clear (replace them) but the option to replace is not found on any of my stove, oven, or grill. Thank you.
