[OPEN] [FR] Explosive Malfunction can't be resolved as nothing can be replaced

@troublecathead I had this issue because I gave the unit an unbreakable oven. I had to go to manage worlds (since we can't enter build mode during an event) and change the oven to one that could break. I sent my Sim home and went back to the unit. The oven was broken and the repair option was there.
