[OPEN] [FR] Explosive Malfunction can't be resolved as nothing can be replaced

I have the option to replace the stove but my sim didn't have enough simoleons... called the landlord and he said he'd come to fix anything that is broken, but nothing happened 😪

@IrisuChan  The landlord never showed up, or just didn’t fix anything? I think you need to invite them inside…

    @PipMenaceI invited the landlord in. I called him and when he showed up he said he'd fix all that needs fixing. Once greeted, he took out the trash from some bins but mostly he was idling.
