[OPEN] [FR] Explosive Malfunction can't be resolved as nothing can be replaced

Stuff Packs Home Chef Hustle, Paranormal, Nifty Knitting, Tiny Living, Mochino, My first Pet, Lundry Day, Toddler, Fitness, Bowling Night, Vintage Glamour, Backyard, Kids Room, Romantic Garden, Movie Hangout, Spooky, Cool Kitchen, Perfect Patio and Luxury Party
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Playing Sims 4 as a landlord.
What happens when the bug occurs? I keep getting this explosive malfunction stating I need to fix, replace or call a contractor. But I can not find where it is at.
What do you expect to see? I expected to see a location of the issue needing addressed or at least a replace choice on whatever stove, grill, or oven that isn't working. So that way I know which one is causing the issue.

Ok for starters not sure if it is a bug in the game of a bug in the player.  😇  The event, in question, is an Explosive Malfunction.  I have had this three times.  Twice prior to downloading any mods and once after downloading the mods.  Each time I have it, I can not find out what unit is having the issue.  So I visit every unit checking for the issue.  It says to replace the faulty stove, oven or grill.  I fix and upgraded all of the stoves, grills and ovens.  I even did inspect and maintenance on them.  There is no choice to replace like it would be if one caught on fire.  So I am not sure how to work out where the issue is or how to fix it.  I do not see anywhere on the phone to call a contractor during this either.  So not sure what is needed or if it truly is a bug in the system.
