[OPEN] [FR] Explosive Malfunction can't be resolved as nothing can be replaced

This is also an issue on console. We cannot use cheats to fix.

    @MzMelonz I thought it would be fun to add maintenance troubles lot challenge to my residential lot. I was wrong lol.

    The explosive malfunction seems to happen more often than not but I can't do anything. Nothing shows as broken, you can't end the event early like other events and you can't solve it. You just gotta wait for it to end.
