[OPEN] [FR] Explosive Malfunction can't be resolved as nothing can be replaced

This just happened to me on my residential lot (I don't own any rental lots). I only have one stove, and it's been upgraded to be unbreakable. I couldn't fix it when the event started, because it wasn't registering as being broken. I couldn't open build/buy mode to replace it either.
