[OPEN] [FR] Objects randomly catch on fire after solved cursed book event

Since getting rid of the Cursed Book from a rental lot, fires keep happening to random objects - lights, chairs, lamps, flower pots, etc.

I've renovated

I've moved

I've gotten another from debug, mailed it, and the fires stopped for a few days.

Fires came back.

Make it stop.  This player is unplayable now.
