I am playing in Ciudad Enamorada with a Residential Rental. Since I finished the cursed book event, fires start everywhere around the house, too frequently. I thought it was candles from Lovestruck so I removed them. But a lounge chair caught fire right after, so I deleted the light next to it. But a few moments later the desktop and chair caught fire too. In addition the firefighters don't even come right away when the fire alarm rings, so I have to extinguish the fire myself, very often.
I expect fires to not happen so frequently, especially when there are no fire hazard.
