[OPEN] [FR] Sims on Residential Rental Lots Entering Each others homes

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into a residential rental lot, take control of one household, then switch control to the other. Have the now current household leave the lot, wait awhile, then return home.
What happens when the bug occurs? The sim from the 1st controlled household is in the current household's home, acting like they live there.
What do you expect to see? No neighbours in my currently controlled Sim's home except for the other Sims who live there.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. December 5th update and downloaded the For Rent pack.

Basically, what happened, was I wanted to go to the Tiger Sanctuary to check out the rabbit hole, but my current sim was banned from there. So I switched households using the new mechanic that was included in the latest base game update. When I returned to the lot with that Sim, my other Sim was in her house, acting like he lived there. He cooked food, watched TV, took a shower, and slept in her bed. The two sims share the same lot, but live in different units. To make matters even stranger, he seemed to have let himself in while she was off the lot, as he was in her house when she got back home. They hadn't met up to this point either.

    @MuirDragonne Does your property owner live in the same building ? I had this happen when the property owner talked to folks from another unit in the common area. .After that it was like they can live there now.

    No, but the property owner was on the lot when I switched households, so that may have contributed. Related, the Sim that I switched to wasn't able to enter the other units on the lot and none of the other residents on the lot entered her home and acted like they lived there. It was just the other Sim that I had previously controlled.

    @MuirDragonne Will need to test this further on my tenant save game. I didn't see it on that at all, just when playing with the property owner.

    I rent out a house on the same property as my sims live. The problem is that the tenant keep coming over to my house. I dont have my house as shared space. How can I prevent him from coming over??

    I have no mods.Tried lock door for all except family member but today I found him in our shower...
