What happens when the bug occurs? Every time I search the gallery or look at my downloads the counts are off. I had a Maxis Fav with o14050 downloads. I wrote it down 5 minutes before the gallery went down. When it came back up, it said 11,335. Another example is one that had 1667 now has 1575
What do you expect to see? All of my downloads returned or an explanation of why the numbers are off.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. It happened after the gallery maintenance and patch on 5/30/23
There are several other simmers having the same issue with some losing thousands of downloads.
