What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have all EPs except Getting Together, Horse Ranch, and For Rent. I have all GP except Werevolves. And I have most of the SP. I have half of the kits
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By going in your faves in the gallery
What happens when the bug occurs? My faves and downloads do not appear, not even the recent ones
What do you expect to see? I expect to see my faves and downloads in my Gallery but barely 10 appear
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Please describe the patch or change you made. It all started after the for For Rent patch update
Hola ! Ever since the For Rent update my entire game is lagging, but my biggest problem is the gallery. I can’t see my favouritesnor my downloads, not even the last ones I added. Most of the items I downloaded and faved disappeared. When I switch from recent to most popular I see some of those (not more than 10) which disappear when I’m on recent and vice versa. When I fave new ones barely one appears in my faves. I tried everything, removing my Mods, removing than putting again my Tray folder, restarting my game and my computer, but nothing works. I need my faves and downloads for my game and for my builds/ CAS. I tried contacing The Sims on social media but none of their accounts responded. I got a respose from other simmers who have the same problem. Can someone please help me? I really don't know what to do anymore

I was looking at this thread and posted last November about this issue. We are almost in February and new kits keep being released and the gallery issue not loading the favorites is still not resolved.
This is still frustrating not to remember which lots were saved, and to save the new ones I see in my library because EA still can't solve that issue that is not even gameplay-related but just allows us to experience the game better.
Is someone even looking after it? Considering the topic has been open since October and still nobody giving us an update on whether this is been worked on by the team.. 😪
