Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

I have this bug too. The bug also impacts nectar racks in the same way. I have no idea how long I have had this bug, I don't think I've ever tried to place a cabinet before I bought the horse expansion a couple of weeks ago.
Can confirm my computer also uses the Intel Iris chip.
