[OPEN] Game 'freezes' occasionally when opening in-game menus

My game freezes whenever I need to select an item/outfit/sim/interaction, and this is what happens:  every single time.

@writer586 I moved your post over to the bug report for this. Do make sure it's not mod-caused for you as mods can also cause this.
