[OPEN] [GF] Sims Can't Accept Awards

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.47.51.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansions/Game Packs/Etc.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? This bug occurs when a Sim is chosen for a starlight accolade award.
What happens when the bug occurs? When the sim is chosen to receive their Starlight Accolades award there will be an icon to accept the award for a second but disappears soon after, so the sim doesn't accept/receive the award. This makes it so you can't progress in the actor's lifetime achievement since the award doesn't show up in the household inventory even though the notification wall says it will be there.
What do you expect to see? Sims should be able to accept their award so they can progress in the lifetime achievement as well as display their awards within their houses.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

I wasn't able to get screenshots unfortunately because the icon went away too quickly.
