@Skaazilla I come from the future to say that I’m having the very same issue! Vain Street stopped giving the negative moodlet and the Admire Fine Self interaction is looping unending.
(I’m a console player, so no mods. The affected Sim is an actor living in San Myshuno, randomly generated by the game and added to the household via marriage.)
