[OPEN] [GF] [V] Vampire can't complete treat patient scene as actor

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.47.49.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansion packs, game packs and stuff packs except My First Pet, Toddler, Kid Room, Backyard and Spooky.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In Actor/Actress career, perform the gig: Preclinical Pharmaceuticals -> perform Treat Patient Scene.
What happens when the bug occurs? Treat Patient Scene can not be completed.
What do you expect to see? Each time I try to perform the Risky/Safe Treat Patient action, my sim will complaint that she can not access the location.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I installed Get famous.

I have tried to move the bed with enablefreebuild cheat, but my sim still can not perform that scene. She can, however, sit on that bed.
