Would you be happy to provide the contents of your Sims 4 folder? if so upload the contents of this folder documents\electronicarts\thesims4 as per the instructions here

@crinrict Uploaded Sims to gallery as you requested SimsName: Alena Dasilva (doc). 

I haven't played in a while so, I really haven't check the issue again, will let you know if still happening.
