I'm on PS4 and also have this issue.
When you add rounded platforms in a room which has already been lowered it creates angular borders the height of the surrounding foundation.
This error also affects placing flooring which may also not fill in leaving an angular pattern of bare ground. In the below pictures I'd expect to see everything rounded. And the flooring filling in the gaps instead of seeing green grass or empty space.
Does anyone think this is different to how the foundation tool works with curved sections? It's always been glitchy like this I think. I'm not saying it's right, just that it's not really anything new.
