@jmeadowbrookyeah I moved everything upstairs as well, but there was no pool on the lot I was having issues with - the one thing I suspect, is when you use a platform over a basement - that seems to be what triggered it for me. (i.e. I raised the floor level of the 1st floor quite a bit - I had to do that AFTER adding the basement as the game will not allow you to put a basement under a platform)
Thanks for responding, Madame. It has happened to me in both homes that have a platform and homes that don't. I was able to add basements in those homes by lowering the foundation to none After the basements were built, I re-added the foundations.
