[OPEN] [GRO] Infant won’t get first visit to family member’s home milestone

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 15.75
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get to Work, Get Together, City Living, Cats and Dogs, Seasons, Get Famous, Island Living, Discover University, Eco Lifestyle, Snowy Escape, Cottage Living, High School Years, Growling Together, Horse Ranch, For Rent, Outdoor Retreat, Spa Day, Dine Out, Vampires, Parenthood, Jungle Adventure, Strangerville, Realm of Magic, Werewolves, Paranormal, Nifty Knitting, Tiny Living, Moschino
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have an infant sim visit his/her family member’s home.
What happens when the bug occurs? The milestone “First Visit to a Family Member’s Home” does not appear.
What do you expect to see? The aforementioned milestone appears when the infant visits his/her family member’s home and the milestone is viewable in the simology panel.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I had my infant sim visit her aunt’s house with her mom, and the milestone did not appear. I tried again and the same thing happened.

    I had the same thing happen recently. My sim took her two infants to visit her parents and it didn't give the 'First Visit to Family Member's Home' for either of them. I have got this milestone with other infants in the past.

    I've been having issues as well. It also happens when I take vacations with them. I can switch to other Sims not with me in my household and go back to the infant, then the milestone will appear, but it's ultimately annoying that I have to do that for them to get it.

    Same for me. At first I thought it must be because one of my mods was broken. But today I specifically tested this without mods and still no visited a family members house milestone.

    Edit: I exited and reopened the game while I was still at the family members house, and.... boom. There was the milestone.

    I'm having this issue also. I have all packs, am on Mac, and don't use Mods or CC.

    Edit... Oh my, @Heddelviven, I just tried your suggestion (saved while inside the family member's house, exited the game with save, then re-entered 'what I was playing'... and there I was back at the family member's home with the infant...) and the Milestone message was there! Strange and not as it should be, but I'm tickled! Thank you so much for sharing that tip! 🙌
