What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All content installed.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Change a nappy. My Sim is changing a toddler on a changing table.
What happens when the bug occurs? The toddler and parent both T pose for a split second and are suddenly standing next to the changing table, the used nappy is on the floor and the child is successfully changed.
What do you expect to see? I expect the action to complete without the T pose animation.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console-never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Unsure.
This is definitely recent, possibly since the last patch. Clearing locally saved data makes no difference. The action does complete successfully but it's just a weird animation for a second and if anything is queued afterwards the queue clears.

I'm going to merge this now as it's likely the same issue and the hasn't been an answer from OP yet. It's likely the same but I'm not 100% sure which is why I try to get more info. With people me tooing this now instead of the original, I guess I need to merge.
@imcastin please let me know if you have the issue outside of the changing table and if you don't get a LastException/a different one.
