[OPEN] [GRO] Learn to ride a bike milestone doesn't unlock

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.101.290.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Horse ranch, growing together, high-school years, cottage living, snowy escape, eco-lifestyle, discover University, island living, get famous, seasons, cats and dogs, city living, journey to batuu, realm of magic, strangerville, jungle adventure, parenthood, outdoor retreat, my first pet, laundry day, toddler, vintage glamour, backyard, kids room, cool kitchen, holiday celebration
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? My sim learns to ride a bike but the milestone doesn't unlock
What happens when the bug occurs? My twin sims both learnt to ride a bike but only one had the milestone unlock
What do you expect to see? The learnt to ride a bike milestone should have unlocked
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system?

I'd like my sims milestone to unlock.

    I encountered this about a month or so ago. My child sim that has this issue learned to ride the bike solo while the other child sims had an adult help them. I could have sworn that I didn't have this issue before, especially with child sims who have learned to ride their bikes alone (not 100% sure as I don't do that often).

    Here's the notification of Sim 1 (affected sim) and Sim 2 (unaffected sim) for Learning to ride bike.

    Here is Sim 1's milestones (showing her learn to ride bike still greyed out despite getting a notification).

    Here is Sim 2's milestones (showing he has learn to ride bike).

    The only difference is sim 1 learned to ride a bike alone while sim 2 got their father's help.

    @DracuAlice2017 The Sim that didn't get the milestone needs to ride the bike on their own to clear the milestone. So if you got help from your parents it doesn't count as learned to ride your bike you got to have your child ride bike on their own to trigger after learning how with parents.

    @Sid1701d9 The sim that didn't get the milestone did learn to ride a bike on her own. She could ride around on the bike, it just doesn't show in the milestone panel that she got the milestone.

    @lolilops123 I had a similar issue, except that my sims literally refused to teach them how. They always said they couldn't reach, but it doesn't matter where the bike is or whether the child is on the bike already or not, they refuse to do it.
