Same thing is happening to me. Even after they patched the learn numbers update today, the movement skill bug has not been fixed. My toddler can learn to run, however she can't max the movement skill. This needs to be fixed soon cause I really dont want to use cheats

        Not sure if they're still looking for saves or not, but I sent mine. The movement milestones are all still off by one if your infant ages up to toddler with a skill level already.
