+ Me too on this. My toddler had two free levels in movement from infant milestones. Got her to level 5, but received the "learned to dance" milestone and "learned to run" and "maxed movement skill" were still locked. I had to cheat her down to level 4 and back up to 5 twice to get both of the missing milestones.
