I had a similar problem initially (placed the treehouse at the WIllow Creek park) but the treehouse loaded properly once I travelled elsewhere and reloaded into the lot.

I can confirm that after leaving the park and returning, the treehouse was fully built and had all the usual interactions on it. Thanks for the tip @Legitimatetea

@Legitimatetea Hi! I see the same and agree it's still a bug. One thing some friends and I noticed is that if you build the tree house and add the slide / pole updates before traveling, the treehouse reverts to completely not built when you go back to the lot. The slide and pole will still be there but the treehouse has no floor or enclosure visible and the crate and boards come back. It definitely needs to be fixed.
