Still an issue as of the latest patch. Some sims have even cheated despite being happily married (One of my active families in rotational play, I might add 😠 ) while others have broadened their sexual orientation.
LOL, I'm glad to see other people are having the same problem I had. My club is for my legacy family, and they gather together often. I happened to notice a woohoo buff on the wife, but her husband had been at work for several hours. I checked her relationships and noticed she had romantic relations with both her mother-in-law and her daughter-in-law. The women were getting together in the sauna, because all beds/closets and other woohoo objects weren't accessible to non-household members.
It was an easy enough situation to fix, but it shocked and amused me when it happened.
My sauna has romantic/flirty decorations, so I thought that might be a factor. Sims so rarely autonomously woohoo these days, so I have to help them anyway I can.
I had that happen to me too. The sim had woohoo in the sauna with a fellow member during a club gathering, but he DIED from overexposure to steam! I let him remain dead for his indiscretion, but I felt bad for his poor wife. She became a widow with five children to raise, two of which were babies.
The issue was gone but now it is back....can't really say if it has been back since the kid stuff or garden fun stuff....sigh
