How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Seasons, pets, get to work, city living, vintage glamor stuff, dine out
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When in live mode, click on a computer.
What happens when the bug occurs? When clicking on a computer, Sims cannot do anything on it except for "order..." and "Social Networking...". Before a recent update, the computers in the game would display all of the options, including "practice typing", "write a book" "order", "social networking", "browse", etc.
What do you expect to see? All of the other functions on the computer should be listed, when I click on a computer to use in live mode.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
....
This bug started happening after the June 19th, 2018 patch.

Thanks, I've tried both of those steps already with no luck.
I've tried to go on my computer (in Sims 4) because my sim has a job that needs the computer for it, whenever i click on the computer it only shows the option to order gifts or take the computer apart. I've tried selling the computer and re-buying it but that hasn't fixed the problem, all my other households are able to use the computer for writing,games,etc except this one. could you help me with this problem without downloading into the game?
