Still having issues with this. Spent half the day planning outfits for a build I posted to the gallery today. I could only have one unlocked outfit otherwise they weren't an option on any other mannys on the lot. Just placed my gallery upload into another save and the outfits have reset again - to something totally random. Very frustrating.
