This is happening to me as well, to where I don't join them at the Hospital when they have a baby. Recently, I had a sim in the Doctor career. I let her have a baby at the hospital and joined her. Now when she goes to work, she changes into a hospital gown instead of her Doctor coat.
ugh i’m having this issue too, was so excited for a new mom especially with infants now in game. has anyone figured out a solution to it yet? seems people have been having this issues for years with nothing done about it? super bummed.
It is so frustrating to see that there's still no answer for this. I am SO TIRED OF CHANGING MY SIM OUT OF THAT BLASTED HOSPITAL GOWN THREE TIMES A DAY!
