Hi! I don't have any mods, only hairstyle, wallpapers and floors. I was playing yesterday, and I saw that Bob's house also passed. And not only on the active sim, in the bakery also happens with customers who I wasn't controlling!

Edit: In the new game doesn't happen often, but sometimes yes, but doesn't disturb.
I've tried everything, in short I think there is a BUG with the roof, removing the roof the problem goes away, to put it again, the problem returns. Just constantly going on that lot that I built. Anyway, I don't know how to fix it, anyway try to fix the lot, but it is clear that there is a BUG lighting in the game, just you put rounded roofs and interior lighting look to see that something is wrong.

The sims twinkle or blinking when I remove the round roof ( platform tool ) and I try put it back for that doesn't see these interior lights (the sun come through the window) Sorry, I don't know how to explain ☹️

And then I try put it back for that doesn't see these interior lights, but when the light inside is normal, the sims start blinking. So you must remove the round roof to put a normal roof, for test , and when the lighting inside is normal you can see to the sims blinking inside of the bakery.
